WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and it is brought to our attention within 24 Hours from when the product was received.


DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Between 1-4 weeks for Domestic orders or 3-5 weeks for International orders due to high order volume and worldwide shipping.


I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS. WHAT DO I DO?
It is possible that if you ordered more than one item, your items could be shipped from different distributors causing indifferent arrival times. Contact us for more information about specific orders and we will be happy to assist you.


CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
We do not allow cancellations for any items. If you need to change your address, email us with your order number, name, and the new address. If your item has already been marked as shipped or the label was already printed, then it is too late for us to change your order.
